Holiday Inn Vienna City By Ihg

The venue is clean, with good and fantastic location next to the important markets and famous buildings, closest bus/tram/metro line and an easy 15-20 minute walk to the Opera House and all the great sights of the historic city.

The rooms are extremely pleasant and well-appointed with a view towards the inner yard, so that guests have essentials. A special thanks to thoughtful and respectful staff.

The bed was comfortable, but the room felt somewhat outdated.

The location was good, nice people in the reception. The superior room was big, Really good, big bed.

The guy in the restaurant/ bar had no good service- he must relax! The paintintgs in the room could be bigger and more expensive. The mirror should also be bigger, ad centered on the wall.

A usual Holiday inn hotel with good breakfasts (smoked salmon, variety of sausages and meet, fresh juices, etc), Rather close to the Inner City

Location (10 minutes walk from the Opera square), quietness, good breakfast, helpful staff.

1. No elevators in the old building (it was rather difficult to carry the luggage to the second floor). 2. No TV in the languages other than German. 3. Expensive water in the minibar (10 times more expensive than in the local shops). 4. The only bar did not work due to some private event (on Monday, May 2) and so it was impossible even to take a cup of tea while we waited for a taxi.

The location was prime. My garden view room wasvery comfy and tidy. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Daily breakfast offered a good variety, including fresh vegetables. A fantastic experience .

Although the Hotel does look a bit old and ugly from the outside, the interior is up to date and the bed was very comfortable. Also the staff at the reception and breakfast was very friendly.

The breakfast with 14 EUR was not at all worth it. It is much better to go the street further to a real coffee place in Vienna where you have cheaper and better breakfast.

Nice room , good service , easy acces to the city .

I stayed at Holiday Inn for 4 nights while traveling for business. As a Spire IHG member, I received an upgrade to a junior suite, a great bonus. The room was spacious and very clean, with a comfortable bed, two couches, and a well-stocked minibar with local snacks. The dinner at the restaurant was excellent, with fresh and delicious options served by the efficient and respectful staff.

I got the standard that I expected from the holliday inn

Internet was not free as in most other hotels in Austria and Hungray

Good breafast, location quite close to attractions

The cozy courtyard was a good retreat, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee while soaking up the sun. The surroundings were charming.

A ramp for easier access would be helpful.
